A Single Mom’s Dream to Grow Our Little Family

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read our story.

My name is Eileen Sarnes, and I’m a single mother to the most incredible, sassy, and brilliant 4-year-old girl. She’s full of life, loves dancing in the kitchen, and has one big wish: a little brother or sister to share her world with. That simple, innocent wish has fueled my determination to grow our family.

Since August of last year, I’ve been pursuing fertility treatments to make that dream come true. This journey has been filled with both hope and heartache. I’ve learned I have a blocked right fallopian tube, which makes conceiving naturally extremely difficult. I’ve gone through four IUI cycles, each one full of hope—but sadly, none have been successful.

Now, IVF is my best and possibly only option to give my daughter the sibling she longs for and to expand our little family. But IVF is expensive, and as a single mom who has recently moved into a new home to give my daughter a backyard and space to thrive, I simply can’t afford the cost on my own.

Asking for help isn’t easy, but I’m reaching out in hopes that your generosity might help us move one step closer to our dream. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to growing our family—and gives my daughter the chance to be the amazing big sister she’s already dreaming of being.
